Quint is a well trained, versatile, and thoughtful audio engineer. His experiences as an assistant, recording, and mixing engineer range across all levels of the recording industry, making him a valuable asset to any project.
After spending a few years building a small home studio in Montana, Quint graduated from the DIY scene and began working professionally in other recording studios in 2021. He soon decided to dissolve his home studio, move to Arizona, and attend the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in 2022, further bolstering his audio repertoire and knowledge.
With his diploma in hand, he then moved to New York and hit the recording scene. He has spent time working in many different types of studios in the city, from a swanky pop studio in Chelsea, to some small, back hallway Hip-Hop rooms around Brooklyn. The highlight of his time in New York has undoubtedly been his work at Bunker Studios in Williamsburg, where started as an intern, and now has spot in the rotation of engineering staff. He has since recorded and mixed a number of Indie, Rock, and Folk albums there, as well as assisted some of the top Jazz and Classical engineers in the city.
Now, Quint is returning to Montana, bringing with him a wealth of experience and know-how from his time in New York and Arizona. His passion for music, dedication to the recording arts, and ear for detail are available for hire to anyone needing an experienced hand.
